The process of legalization is long and can be difficult. The residence application is accepted only if all documents are submitted. The process of legalization takes usually 90 days, taking into consideration that time for document preparation as well as obtaining work permit /free job notice at Labor office is also needed. That is why we recommend to start the process 4 - 6 months before coming to Slovakia.
